Methodology Approach

We are methodology-agnostic. Waterfall, agile, hybrid, or something in between — the right approach depends on the nature of the work, the maturity of the team, and the tolerance for ambiguity in the outcomes. We help organizations select and implement the methodology that fits their context, rather than imposing a preferred framework regardless of fit.

For technology and product projects where requirements will evolve, we typically recommend agile or hybrid approaches with short delivery cycles and structured review cadences. For regulatory, compliance, or construction-type projects with fixed requirements and dependencies, more structured sequential approaches often serve better. We make this assessment based on the specifics of each engagement.

Agile Implementation

For organizations adopting or improving agile delivery, we provide hands-on support across the full adoption journey: coaching teams on sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospective facilitation, and velocity tracking; designing the organizational structures that support agile at scale; and helping leadership develop the management behaviors that enable rather than undermine agile teams. We do not treat agile as a certification exercise — we treat it as an organizational capability that takes time, practice, and deliberate design to develop.

Project Recovery

When a project needs to be reset, effective recovery starts with honest diagnosis — understanding the root causes of the current state before designing interventions. We conduct rapid project health assessments, identify the specific dynamics at play, and design targeted recovery plans that address root causes rather than symptoms. The result is a credible revised plan that the team and stakeholders can commit to and execute.

PMO Design and Setup
